Cindy Lana Jewelry Standard Return Policy:

 Items purchased on CindyLanaJewelry.com may be returned to Cindy Lana Jewelry for a refund or exchange within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items returned in the original packaging (Cindy Lana Jewelry box and/or pouch).

Please email returns@cindylanajewelry.com for return requests. Provide your Name, Address, Order Number, and Reason for Return. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the package. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. Shipping charges will not be refunded, except in the case of an error made by Cindy Lana Jewelry. If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and want to return or exchange it, you must contact the original retailer where it was purchased. We are not responsible for any pieces not purchased directly from CindyLanaJewelry.com.

Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.

Items marked Special Order may not be returned. Custom script orders may not be returned.

Beaded Bracelets created in our Custom Beaded Bracelet section are not considered special order and are returnable within 7 days, following the terms of the Cindy Lana Jewelry Return Policy (above).

Cindy Lana Jewelry does not accept returns on any merchandise that has been worn.

International Shipments - Orders Shipped Outside Of the United States:

The customer is responsible for duties and taxes, which are to be paid at checkout.
