3. What is the process for international returns?

  • For international shipments, customers are responsible for duties and taxes paid at checkout. Returns for international orders follow the same process as domestic returns, with return shipping and insurance being the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes will not be refunded.

4. Can I return or exchange an item purchased from an outside retailer?

  • Items purchased from an outside retailer must be returned or exchanged through the original retailer where they were purchased. Cindy Lana Jewelry is not responsible for items not bought directly from CindyLanaJewelry.com.

  • Items marked as Special Order or custom script orders may not be returned. However, beaded bracelets created in the Custom Beaded Bracelet section are not considered special order and are returnable within 7 days.
