Order Processing and Shipping:
Orders placed between Monday and Friday before 12 PM EST will initiate processing on the same day and are scheduled to ship within 2-3 business days, unless expedited shipping is chosen.
Orders submitted between Monday and Friday after 12 PM EST will commence processing on the next business day and are set to ship within 2-3 business days, unless expedited shipping is selected.
For orders placed on Friday after 12 PM EST or over the weekend, processing will begin on the following Monday.

Please note that Cindy Lana Jewelry does not process or dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or observed holidays.

Order Cancellations:
You can cancel an order at any time before the item has shipped. Email love@cindylanajewelry.com with your order number in the subject line. Once an order has shipped, we regret that it cannot be canceled, and shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Sales Tax:
All orders shipped within California will be subject to the current tax rate of 9.5%. Orders shipped outside California or internationally will not incur sales tax charges.
